Hunter came out to repair a mess created by another heating & air company that had chopped through 3 wiring harnesses, leaving us with no heat during the coldest week in history of Raleigh. Not only was Hunter very professional, but very friendly with my Husky attempting to “Help him”! He is a very bright guy, analyzed the problem and got right to work fixing it properly, despite the mess that was left behind by the previous guys. I would recommend him to anyone, he really knows what he is doing.

Our Heater went out this past winter. They responded the same day. He went through and checked each item instead of going right to his first thought on what goes bad on my type of unit. I am glad he did it ended up being a small part that was an easy fix and just as important the cheaper outcome by hundreds of dollars. He had the required part on his truck and had our heat back on in less than 30 minutes of getting to our home.

Raleigh Air is throrough and very knowledgeable. They came out in a timely manner and repaired one HVAC unit and cleaned both. My technician showed me the part that needed to be replaced and also the units before and after the cleaning. The units were spotless after he cleaned them.
